We manage and operate all our own storage, warehousing and distribution facilities. We have our own fleet of modern, fuel efficient and well-equipped delivery vehicles with permanently employed and trained delivery drivers who are ambassadors for our company

By managing every aspect of our delivery service, we can guarantee our deliveries will arrive in the best condition, on time and in full. Our uniformed delivery drivers with local area knowledge have their own routes so getting to know you and where you like your deliveries placed – no kerb side drops.

Our logistics capability includes:

  • 85,000 sq. ft of warehousing and distribution capacity
  • A stock-holding of over £1.6 million
  • Well-practised processes, under-pinned by our ISO 9001/ 14001 accredited management systems
  • Skilled pickers and packers, with 24 hour service
  • Qualified, employed, uniformed delivery drivers with local area knowledge
  • National contract with DPD for out of area deliveries
  • Next day fulfilment rates of over 99%

Charges:

  • Account Customers - FREE Delivery, orders under the value of £25.00 may incur a handling charge
  • Paying by Credit Card Standard Delivery Charge - £5
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will be delivered the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays)

All orders placed online on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday. All office furniture items are on a 2 to 7-day delivery, except for bespoke installations which are handled on a case by case basis. Some larger products may also be on this basis.
